EMODnet at Erasmus Maris Days

EMODnet, represented by Patrick Gorringe (EMODnet Physics), gave an EMODnet presentation in the opening ceremony “Towards a new Erasmus for our oceans” with a number of distinguished lineup of speakers representing prominent entities (different Directorates-General (DGs) of the European Commission, from the Committee of the Regions (CoR), and executives from the education sector). The session was followed by a panel discussion “Implementation of Erasmus Maris EU-wide” with session presenters, including EMODnet. Many exciting connections were made and EMODnet looks forward to further cooperation with Erasmus Maris.

The Erasmus Maris days event was organised by the Ayam Sailing Europe association in collaboration with the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) and the regional government Generalitat Valencia.
