Mark your calendar! New dates for the EMODnet Second Open Conference and Jamboree 

Oostende, Belgium

Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, our second EMODnet Open Conference and Jamboree is postponed to 14-18 June 2021. 

During the event, EMODnet partners, data providers and users will connect across stakeholder communities and set goals for the future. To start the week, the Open Conference will focus on use cases and requirements for developing essential open marine data services for blue economy actors, the public sector, civil society and the research community.

  • Dates: From Monday 14 June until Friday 18 June 2021
  • Hybrid event: In Oostende, Belgium and online
  • Venue: Grote Post, Hendrik Serruyslaan 18a, 8400 Oostende
  • Co-organisers: EMODnet Secretariat, VLIZ & DG MARE
